Important information regarding orders placed before December 28, 2022

Before December 28, 2022, the Mecum Auctions Store was operated by another company. Due to this change, we are unable to access any account or order history for orders placed prior to December 28, 2022.

The return address is included on the Picking ticket, included with your order. If your item number format is similar to MAMX22-123-2XL, it indicates that your order was placed prior to December 28, 2022.

Orders placed after December 28, 2022 

Your order confirmation number will be in this format: MECM1234

Once your order has been shipped you'll receive a tracking link (if your order was placed prior to December 28, 2022, please see above).

Pre-Order Items / Missing item: 

If your order included a Pre-Order item, this will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives in stock. You'll receive a dispatch notification once it is on its way (if your order was placed prior to December 28, 2022, please see above).

Tracking your order/package:

Once your package/order has left the warehouse you can track the order via our Courier Partner's website. Please refer to your Shipping Confirmation email which will include a tracking link.  

For domestic orders please allow at least 2-8 working days for your order to arrive. International orders can take up to 7-14 working days to arrive in the country and clear customs.
