Beginning May 21, 2024 our warehouse and fulfillment facility will be undergoing essential upgrades to enhance our operations and improve your overall shopping experience. Orders placed on or after May 21st will not be shipped according to our normal schedule. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to customer service.  While these upgrades are underway, our facilities will need to follow our peak shipping schedules. 


Orders received beginning May 21, 2024 will require extended fulfillment time, regardless of the shipping method selected, until normal operation resumes. 


If you have urgent inquiries or concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team. Please note that Customer Service is not able to expedite or initiate shipments during this timeframe. 


During this time, the processing of returns will also be delayed. All returns will be processed as soon as possible in the order they were received.
